Here’s a list of the TV I would recommend from this week,

Monday 16th May - Veep (Sky Atlantic - Season 5, Episode 4)
Armando Iannucci may have stepped down as showrunner
of the superior political satire, but Veep doesn’t look to have struggled too
much in his absence.
Mother: Selina and her team put her political campaign
hold and the recount drama on the backburner as her mother is hospitalized
after suffering a stroke.
Tuesday 17th May - Flash (Sky 1 - Season 2, Episode 21)
The Runaway Dinosaur: While Barry fights to return to his
former life and Henry, Iris, Joe and the team come to terms with Barry being
gone, they some how have to defeat Girder, the super-strong villain. Iris
volunteers to act as the bait in a plan to lure Girder back to S.T.A.R. Labs
whilst Cisco has a vision of what may have happened to the scarlet speedster.
Wednesday 18th May - Arrow (Sky 1 - Season 4, Episode 21)
Monument Point: After Diggle’s confrontation with his
brother Andy and the search for a magical solution to defeat Darhk, Felicity
realises she must ask her father, Noah Kuttler AKA The Calculator for help in
defeating Darhk and stopping a global catastrophe.
Thursday 19th May - Peaky Blinders (BBC Two - Season 3, Epsiode 3)
The first two episodes of season three were excellent and it
just keeps getting better, with episode three being the best episode of the
three seasons so far. As a response to the Italians’ actions, Thomas Shelby
sets on a path of deadly vengeance, which could lead him to his darkest place yet,
which could splinter the family as the fighting increases. As he tries to deal
with family matters and his vengeance, Tommy makes plans for his mission on
behalf of the Russians and realises there is a traitor in his midst.
Friday 20th May - Love, Nina (BBC One - Season 1, Episode 1)
In 1982, twenty-year-old Nina arrive from Leicester to work
as a nanny to Joe and Mac, the sons of single mother Georgia, who is a literary
editor. Although Nina is inexperienced in child care, she impresses the family
her her football knowledge and gets to meet the neighbours; Malcolm, a
pretentious, free-loading writer, Ursula, widow of composer Vaughan Williams
and Jamie, an apparent admirer of Georgia. On the plus side however, she does
have an encounter Nunney.
Saturday 21st May - Shackleton (More4 - 9pm, Episode 1/2)
Kenneth Branagh stars as Sir Ernest Henry Shackleton, in
this 2002 TV movie. The movie follows the epic true story of Shackleton’s 1914
endurance expedition to the South Pole and his struggle to lead his 28-man crew
to safety after his ship was crushed in the pack ice.

Sunday 22nd May - Game of Thrones (Sky Atlantic - Season 6,
Epsiode 4)
A replay of this week’s episode Book of the Stanger: Sansa
meets a familiar face as she arrives at Castle Black whilst Tyrion makes a deal
with the Slave Masters. Little finger discusses his plans at The Vale as Jon
Snow receives a threat letter. The battle between the Faith and the Lannisters
takes a decisive turn as Cersei, Olenna Tyrell and Jamie plan their next move
as they plot against the High Sparrow. Whilst Daenarys is forced to join the
Dosh Khaleen, things don’t go to plan as Jorah and Daario attempt to sneak into
Vaes Dothrak.
